BibleOnWeb provides an opportunity to join with others, online or in-person, to explore the Bible together as a group.

Participate in the “core group”
For each discussion there is a core group of around 8 people who fully participate by preparing for and contributing to each discussion. To help balance discussion, this kind of participation is by invitation of the group leader.
Participate casually
In addition to the core group, there will be those who participate casually. They have full access to the material and can contribute as they are able but there is no expectation regarding preparation or participation in discussion.
Features of discussion
Discussions are: –
- Open and respectful of everyone’s contribution
- Marked by a humility that admits when we don’t have the answers
- Encouraging for those wanting to think through things for themselves.
- Down to earth and practical
- Lead by someone with appropriate skills and experience
- Discussion does not include different interpretative approaches.
- There are limits to our understanding of an infinite, supernatural God. (Isaiah 55:8,9)
Who can participate
Anyone who is keen to better understand the Bible’s message can participate. Participants do not need any prior biblical knowledge or scholastic ability – this is for the everyday reader of the bible. Group participants may have a range of experience and understanding. more ….
Meeting online, in-person or “both”
